THE Mission
I strive to help my clients become resilient and able to weather the challenges that their lives present to them. They will develop insight into their thoughts and behaviours and be able to develop a way to replace self-defeating ones with healthier ones. Once we complete our sessions, my clients would have good understanding of relapse detection and prevention techniques so that they do not go back to their previous way of experiencing the world.
I also would like to build a useful resource for parents who are suffering from being separated from their children from relationship breakdown so that despite their suffering, they are able to still do what is right by the children regardless of how they feel about the other parent. This resource will also be useful for people who grew up in less than ideal family conditions to not repeat the issues of their parents so that it does not become an intergenerational cycle of suffering.

CLEMEnT DJAJA
Psychotherapist, ACA-L2
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. In a person-centered, strength-based and trauma-informed approach, I encourage thoughtful discussions with my clients to develop insight into their situation. Following that, to develop strategies to achieve the changes or the goals that they are wanting to achieve.
